    pieces pork tenderloin
  • 4 slice
    bacon, uncooked
  • 1 large
    onion, white
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper
  • 16 oz
    jar of apricot preserves
  • 8 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium

How to Make Pork Tenderloin and Gravy


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place each pork in a baking dish. Wrap two bacons around each tenderloin. Slice the onions and bell peppers and place around edge of pan.
  2. Mix 1/2 jar of apricot preserves with the soy sauce and poor over both tenderloins.
  3. Cook for 1 hour or until done occasionally spooning juices over the meat. Slice and serve.
