Pork Tenderloin and Gravy
green bell pepper
jar of apricot preserves
soy sauce, low sodium
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place each pork in a baking dish. Wrap two bacons around each tenderloin. Slice the onions and bell peppers and place around edge of pan.
2Mix 1/2 jar of apricot preserves with the soy sauce and poor over both tenderloins.
3Cook for 1 hour or until done occasionally spooning juices over the meat. Slice and serve.
