Ingredients
- 2 - pieces pork tenderloin
- 4 slices bacon, uncooked
- 1 large onion, white
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 16 ounces jar of apricot preserves
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
How To Make pork tenderloin and gravy

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place each pork in a baking dish. Wrap two bacons around each tenderloin. Slice the onions and bell peppers and place around edge of pan.

Step 2Mix 1/2 jar of apricot preserves with the soy sauce and poor over both tenderloins.

Step 3Cook for 1 hour or until done occasionally spooning juices over the meat. Slice and serve.
