Ingredients

  • 2 - pieces pork tenderloin
  • 4 slices bacon, uncooked
  • 1 large onion, white
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 16 ounces jar of apricot preserves
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium

How To Make pork tenderloin and gravy

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place each pork in a baking dish. Wrap two bacons around each tenderloin. Slice the onions and bell peppers and place around edge of pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix 1/2 jar of apricot preserves with the soy sauce and poor over both tenderloins.
  • Step 3
    Cook for 1 hour or until done occasionally spooning juices over the meat. Slice and serve.
