1 lb
pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
seasoned rice vinegar - sweet
2 Tbsp
orange juice, fresh
1 clove
1 large
orange, cut in 8 pieces - skin left on
1 slice
fresh pineapple - 3/4 inch thick,chunked bite size
1 large
green bell pepper,chunks (optional)
1 large
fresh peach, chunked bite size (optional)

How to Make Pork Tenderloin and Fruit Kebabs


  • 1Combine honey, Dijon Mustard, vinegar, orange juice and garlic in a 1. zip- top bag. Add tenderloin pieces and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • 2Alternately thread pork tenderloin pieces, orange sections and pineapple chunks onto skewers.

    (First meat, then orange section, then meat again and finally a pineapple chunk). Repeat until all meat and fruit are skewered.
    Discard marinade
  • 3Place on pre-heated grill and cook for about 8 minutes turning every two minutes, or until done.
