  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1
    pork tenderloin cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp
    peach preserves
  • 1 Tbsp
    low salt soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Pork tenderloin


  1. Heat grill put pork tenderloin in foil and spray with cooking spray grill 10 minutes.
  2. While pork cooks, combine peach preserves,soy sauce vinegar,and garlic. Microwave 30 seconds. Grill pork for 6 more minutes turning and brushing with peach glaze.
  3. Remove pork from grill let stand for 3 minutes. Cut pork crosswise, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
