pork tenderloin
This is my adaptation of my former neighbor Mr. Chin's marinated pork. It smelled so go when he cooked it I almost wanted to climb the fence and join him for dinner. He cooked the pork on the grill but I do mine in the oven.

Ingredients
- 2 - pork tenderloins 3/4 lb. each
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup vinrgar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make pork tenderloin

Step 1In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the tenderloins.

Step 2Reserve 1/4 c. of the marinade. Refrigerate covered.

Step 3Place the remaining marinade in a large zipper bag.

Step 4Add the tenderloins. Seal the bag. Turn to coat.

Step 5Place the bag in the refrigerator. Let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.

Step 6When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Step 7Discard the marinade the meat was in. Place the tenderloins in a shallow baking dish.

Step 8Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Use the set aside marinade to baste the meat while it cooks.

Step 9Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
