pork surprise
This all started as a happy accident. What I thought was pork sausage was actually ground pork. I started thinking about what I had in my "pantry", and this is what I came up with. Hubs can be a picky eater, but he really liked it and said I should make it again :)

Ingredients
- 1.3 pounds ground pork
- 1 1/3 cups uncooked rice
- 1 can cannelini beans, undrained (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/3 pounds cream cheese
- 2 dashes pepper
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make pork surprise

Step 1Start cooking the rice according to package directions.

Step 2In a large non-stick skillet on medium-low heat, cook the ground pork with the garlic & herb seasoning.

Step 3Once the pork has cooked through, add the cannellini beans, stirring to incorporate the beans, and let the mix heat through.

Step 4Add the cream cheese, stirring to mix through.

Step 5Add the cooked rice, stirring through.

Step 6Add the Parmesan cheese and stir through. Let it heat through for 5 minutes and Dinner is Done
