Found this recipe looking for a recipe for leftover pork! Served with noodles & a salad.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cubed pork (i used leftover country pork ribs)
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make pork stroganoff

Step 1Slice mushrooms and saute with chopped onions in butter until liquid evaporates. Set aside.

Step 2Brown pork in oil until brown. Place pork in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with pepper & seasoned salt.

Step 3Pour mushroom and onion mixture on top. Combine mushroom soup with milk. Pour over the mushrooms.

Step 4Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over hot egg noodles.
