1The day before you plan to cook the stew
Cut pork into 1 inch pieces.
Season w/ ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, CUMIN, OREGANO, CHILI POWDER, McCORMICK GARLIC & HERB(NO SALT) SEASONING, LAWRY'S SEASONED SALT. I just shake spices onto the meat.
Place in a zip lock bag, & fridge overnight.
2In a large pot, heat oil, add the measured amount of CHILI POWDER, OREGANO, & CUMIN, cook 2 minutes on low heat.
