This one of our family's favorites...so simple and easy that it can be whipped up in minutes and absolutely delicious!!! The flavor will knock your socks off, guaranteed!!! We have to always make a double batch because everyone eats more than their share!

Ingredients

4
pork steaks (1/2" thick or more)
1 bottle
teriyaki sauce
4 can(s)
pineapple juice (4 oz cans)

Step-By-Step

1Place pork steaks (1/2" thick or more) into zip lock bag...we usually have to ask the butcher to cut pork steaks as they are not placed in the case...looks like a big pork "T-bone" steak
2Add 2 cans pineapple juice (the small 4 oz cans...come in 6 packs) to the bag containing the steaks
3Add 1/2 bottle teriyaki sauce to bag, zip closed and rotate a number of times to mix the liquids
4Double the above to make 8 steaks...allow marinade to work for a couple of hours to half day, rotating the bag in the fridge once or twice
5Place on grill...don't cook well, but cook to medium...a hint of pink is ok...usually 10 minutes for 1/2" thick, 15 minutes for 1" thick and with pork I always make a test cut to check doneness
6Enjoy!!!!
