pork steaks my way
I 've been making these for 25+ years. I tried another recipe once, but hubby was soooo disappointed! He said this is the best way, so "what can you do"? Hope you try them sometime. We love them! (They go really great with his other favorite, "Macc & Cheese!")

How To Make pork steaks my way
-
Step 1Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
-
Step 2Score surface of steaks( both sides), both directions with a serrated knife.
-
Step 3Season first side with dry seasonings, then add soy sauce, spreading around on the meat until you can see visible change in color. (Sorry, have never measured). Repeat on the other side.
-
Step 4Preheat oven to 400.
-
Step 5Bake for 15-20 minutes per side depending on thickness of meat.
-
Step 6Turn oven to broil & cook an additional 5-10 minutes to brown them up. (You will know they are fully cooked when the meat pulls away from the bone some)
