Ingredients
- 4 - bone-in pork steaks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons worcestshire sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (Sambal Oelek)
How To Make pork steaks

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Brown the pork steaks on the grill or in a cast iron skillet with a bit of oil. Put the pork steaks in a single layer in a large pan.

Step 3Whisk the honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ginger, ketchup, pineapple juice, and chili sauce. Baste the pork chops with a third of the sauce.

Step 4Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Then baste again, cover, and cook for another 45 minutes. Baste one more time, cover, and cook until tender about 10-30 minutes.
