Ingredients

  • 4 - pork blade steaks, 1/2" thick
  • 10 - small new potatoes (about 1 lb)
  • 1 - small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
  • 1 can mushroom stems & pieces (2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 package frozen green peas & carrots (10 oz)

How To Make pork steak dinner in a dish

  • Step 1
    BROWN PORK STEAKS IN 10" SKILLET; DRAIN. ADD POTATOES AND ONION. MIX SOUP, MUSHROOMS WITH LIQUID, SHERRY, GARLIC SALT, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND THYME. POUR ON PORK, POTATOES & ONION. HEAT TO BOILING; REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL TENDER, 50-60 MINUTES.
  • Step 2
    RINSE FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS UNDER RUNNING COLD WATER TO SEPARATE; ADD TO PORK AND VEGETABLES. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL PEAS AND CARROTS ARE TENDER, ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
