Ingredients
- - 1 lb. pork spareribs, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- - 2 tbsp. oil, butter or margarine
- - 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- - 1/2 cup onion slices
- - 1 tbsp. sherry
- - 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
- - 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- - 1/2 tsp sugar
How To Make pork spareribs with potatoes

Step 1lightly brown ribs in hot skillet. Add oil, potatoes, onion and sherry and cook 5 to 10 minutes or til potatoes and onion are lightly browned. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
