Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles, pork flavored (as desired)
- 1 pound ground pork (any ground meat can be subbed)
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, no msg
- 1 can sliced black olives, small can
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, plain
How To Make pork skillet dinner

Step 1In a large frying pan, brown meat and drain fat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and add tomatoes and corn, juice and all. Crush ramen noodles, setting aside the seasoning. Add noodles to pan and simmer over medium low heat for about 12 minutes. Add seasoning packet if desired and cook 8 more minutes until thickened and everything cooked through. I add the black olives when I am ready to serve and put a big bowl of tortilla chips on the side along with chopped green onions and peppers to add when serving if desired.
