How to Make pork roast


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. place roast into a dutch oven or bean port, ( any thing with a lid). coat with spices, add can of coke, one cup of ketchup and the onions
  3. bake at 375 for the first half hour, lower temp to 330 for remaining time, serve over cooked rice or mash potatos enjoy
  4. You can also cook this at 275 for a longer time and pull it apart for pulled pork sandwiches
