Ingredients
- 1 - 2 pounds belly pork, cubed
- 1 medium tomato, cleaned & quartered
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 small japanese pumpkin, peeled & cubed
- 2 packages long beans (ootong), cut into bite size
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed & chopped
- 1 tablespoon aloha shoyu (amino acid)
How To Make pork, pumpkin & long beans

Step 1Fry pork until crispy then add garlic & fry then add salt & pepper. Add enough water to cover pork. Add tomato, shoyu & onion then boil until tomato becomes limp then add pumpkin & cook for 3 more minutes then cover & do not remove but leave on stove for about 1 hour(pumpkin will finish cooking in pot
