How to Make Pork Pockets
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Between sheets of wax paper roll out canned biscuits to thin rounds.
- In each round smear in the barbeque sauce, a pinch of carrots, and layer cheese and 2 strips of tenderloin. Fold over and seal closed by pinching the ends together with a fork.
- Place on cookie sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
