I was looking for something different to make out of a leftover pork tenderloin and made a quick supper that my 13 year old daughter LOVES!

  • 1 can(s)
    homestyle buttery biscuits
  • 1 medium
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 pinch
    cheese, shredded
  • ·
    leftover pork tenderloin thinly sliced into strips

How to Make Pork Pockets

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Between sheets of wax paper roll out canned biscuits to thin rounds.
  2. In each round smear in the barbeque sauce, a pinch of carrots, and layer cheese and 2 strips of tenderloin. Fold over and seal closed by pinching the ends together with a fork.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Enjoy.
