I was looking for something different to make out of a leftover pork tenderloin and made a quick supper that my 13 year old daughter LOVES!

Ingredients
- 1 can homestyle buttery biscuits
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon barbecue sauce
- 1 pinch cheese, shredded
- - leftover pork tenderloin thinly sliced into strips
How To Make pork pockets

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Between sheets of wax paper roll out canned biscuits to thin rounds.

Step 2In each round smear in the barbeque sauce, a pinch of carrots, and layer cheese and 2 strips of tenderloin. Fold over and seal closed by pinching the ends together with a fork.

Step 3Place on cookie sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
