Ingredients
- 4 - thick cut boneless pork chops
- 4 kilograms poblanos
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup pickled spicy peppers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
How To Make pork poblano cream cheese roll ups

Step 1Roast four large or eight small poblanos. After cooled remove skin and seeds, and cut in half.

Step 2Butterfly thick chops and pound to about 1/4" thick. Season chops with your favorite seasoning. Lay poblano halves onto pounded pork.

Step 3Chop 1 cup of pickled peppers, mix with room temp cream cheese. Spoon on cream cheese mixture, roll up and secure with toothpicks.

Step 4Dry outside of pork with paper towel and rubbed with mayo. Roll in bread crumbs. Bake 375º for 35-40 min.
