How to Make Pork Poblano Cream cheese roll ups
1Roast four large or eight small poblanos. After cooled remove skin and seeds, and cut in half.
2Butterfly thick chops and pound to about 1/4" thick. Season chops with your favorite seasoning. Lay poblano halves onto pounded pork.
3Chop 1 cup of pickled peppers, mix with room temp cream cheese. Spoon on cream cheese mixture, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
4Dry outside of pork with paper towel and rubbed with mayo. Roll in bread crumbs. Bake 375º for 35-40 min.
