Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork necks
- 1/2 pound boiling onions
- 1/2 pound baby carrots
- 1 pound red potatoes, small
- 1-1/2 cup chicken broth (best to use low sodium, low or no fat for your health but any kind will due)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - herbs and seasonings to taste
- 6 cups cooked rice
How To Make pork neck slow cooker stew

Step 1Peel onions, slice potatoes thick, and rinse all veggies. Set aside.

Step 2Lightly brown meaty side of pork neck and place in crock pot. Cover with Veggies. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and other seasonings as desired (suite your taste).

Step 3Pour broth over. Cook on low for 5.5 hours. Add 1/2 cup each frozen corn and peas. Continue to cook for 1/2 -1 hour.

Step 4After done cooking, Remove all meat, and veggies and set aside. Remove bones and toss. In saucepan Bring to boil broth/drippings. While heating combine 3 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup milk/half and half or cream until lumps are gone. Once broth/drippings just begin to boil, add flour/milk mixture and stir continuously until thickened. Pour over meat and veggies and Serve over cooked rice.
