PORK 'N' POTATO DINNER FOR 2
This comforting meal-in-one skillet dish is a delicious down home dinner.
- bone-in pork loin chops, 1" thick
- 1 Tbsp
- all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp
- plus 1-1/2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/8 tsp
- 2 medium
- potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium
- onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp
- beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 c
- boiling water
- 1-1/2 tsp
- lemon juice
How to Make PORK 'N' POTATO DINNER FOR 2
- 1Coat pork chops with flour. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown chops in oil on both sides.
Combine 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese & pepper; sprinkle over chops.
Arrange potato & onion slices over chops.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
- 2Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; stir in lemon juice. Pour over chops.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover and simmer for 18-22 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
