- 6-8 - pork chops, boneless, thin cut
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 small shallot, diced small
- 1 cup mushrooms, fresh & chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup wine ( any)
- - salt/pepper
How To Make pork medallions in mushroom sauce

Step 1In a plate add flour, salt & pepper.

Step 2dust each side of pork chops, heat the butter & olive oil in a skillet and cook 1 min on each side.

Step 3remove chops, add the shallots & mushrooms, saute a few minutes, add in the chicken stock & wine.

Step 4add back the chops and simmer 10 mins. serve with mashed potatoes..Yum
