    pork chops, boneless, thin cut
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 small
    shallot, diced small
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, fresh & chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    wine ( any)

How to Make Pork Medallions in Mushroom Sauce


  1. In a plate add flour, salt & pepper.
  2. dust each side of pork chops, heat the butter & olive oil in a skillet and cook 1 min on each side.
  3. remove chops, add the shallots & mushrooms, saute a few minutes, add in the chicken stock & wine.
  4. add back the chops and simmer 10 mins.
    serve with mashed potatoes..Yum
