- 4 pounds boneless pork loin roast (up to 6 pounds)
- 1 cup plum jam
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make pork loin roast

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Line a roasting pan with foil.

Step 3Cook the roast until temperature on meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F (about 30 minutes per pound).

Step 4Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5After the roast reaches 170 degrees F, brush frequently with sauce while continuing to roast for a further 30 minutes.

Step 6Let rest for about 10 minutes to distribute juices before slicing.

Step 7Pass remaining sauce with roast.
