How to Make Pork Loin Chops with a Plum Glaze
- Wash leeks and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- Heat pan to medium-heat, salt and pepper pork chops. Add a little oil and cook chops until done. Set aside.
- Add leeks to the pan, salt and pepper. Cook leeks until soft. Add the plum preserves and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
Plate chop and spoon glaze over.
