Another great crockpot recipe. We're not big eaters so 1 thick loin chop for us is good. If you want 1 chop for each person just double the gravy and onion. Even though this is a simple recipe, it is very good!

Ingredients

  • 1 thick - boneless pork loin chop about 1" thick
  • 1 package dry beef gravy with water added as per instructions
  • 1 large - onion, sliced thick

How To Make pork loin chop with gravy and onions

  • Step 1
    Mix gravy and water and pour into crockpot.
  • Step 2
    Add chop. Cook 4-6 hours on low or until meat almost falls apart.
  • Step 3
    One hour before chops are done, add onions, stir.
  • Step 4
    If needed, thicken gravy with cornstarch and water.
  • Step 5
    Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable.
  • Step 6
    NOTE: If using 2 chops, double the gravy and onion.
