- 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 4 tablespoons vegtable oil
- pinch salt and pepper
- dash paprika
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons flour

Step 1season chops with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides, put enough paprika to coat chops.

Step 3place chops in pan and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness, then set aside on warm plate.

Step 4add flour to pan, absorbing the oil, then add the cream scraping the pan, cook until thickened. Pour over chops and enjoy!
