How To Make pork loin and sausage stew
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350. You may need to lower the shelf because this needs a fairly large pan. I use a foil roaster pan. You can also use a large metal roaster pan.
-
Step 2Chop sausage, onions, green peppers, potatoes, carrots, and carrots. Put pork loin in bottom of pan, add chopped vegetables and sausage. Pour 1 can of rotel tomatoes and add 1 can of water on top. Season with salt and pepper. Lay strips of bacon across the top. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
