Ingredients
- 1 pound pork (bite size chunks)
- 1 pound smoked pork sausage (diced)
- 2 large white onions (chopped)
- 1 small green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 stick celery (chopped)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- - creole seasoning to taste
How To Make pork jambalaya

Step 1Using a black iron dutch oven saute pork and sausage on med high heat until brown, add chopped vegetables and cook until caramalized, add water season w/creole seasoning and bring to a boil, add rice stirring until rice begins to float, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 30-45 min. stirring every 15 mins.returning cover after stirring until rice is done.
