Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless pork-cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4-1/2 cup green or red sweet peppers..chopped
- 1 package (12oz)medium egg noodles..cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup..undiluted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup..undiluted
- 1 can (14-3/4oz)cream style corn
- 1/1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crushed saltines
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine..melted
How To Make pork hot dish

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet heat oil. Cook pork and onion,red or green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. In a large bowl,combine pork mixture,noodles,soups, corn,milk,salt & pepper.Mix well. Turn into a ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine saltines & butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake 350 455 minutes or until heated through.
