  • 10.75 oz
    golden corn soup
  • 1.5 c
    stuffing mix, corn bread
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 4
    pork chops, boneless and 3/4" thick
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    mustard, spicy brown

How to Make Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake


  1. Combine soup, stuffing, celery, onion and paprika.
  2. In a 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing; arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing.
  3. Combine sugar and mustard; spread mixture evenly over chops.
  4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink - Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
