1.5 c
stuffing mix, corn bread
1/4 c
celery, finely chopped
onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp
pork chops, boneless and 3/4" thick
1 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
mustard, spicy brown

How to Make Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake


  • 1Combine soup, stuffing, celery, onion and paprika.
  • 2In a 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing; arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing.
  • 3Combine sugar and mustard; spread mixture evenly over chops.
  • 4Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink - Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
