Ingredients

  • 10.75 ounces golden corn soup
  • 1.5 cups stuffing mix, corn bread
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 - pork chops, boneless and 3/4" thick
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, spicy brown

How To Make pork & corn stuffing bake

  • Step 1
    Combine soup, stuffing, celery, onion and paprika.
  • Step 2
    In a 9\" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing; arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing.
  • Step 3
    Combine sugar and mustard; spread mixture evenly over chops.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink - Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
