Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops
- 1 small bag vigo or mahatma yellow rice
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make pork chops & yellow rice

Step 1Place pork chops in bottom of baking dish. Pour rice over the chops.

Step 2Mix Rotel, soup and amount of water called for on rice directions in a bowl.

Step 3Pour over rice and chops.

Step 4Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until rice is done.
