Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, butterflied
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 - egg
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned square bread crumbs (i use pepperidge farm brand)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices bacon
- - prepackaged or your homemade pork gravy. (i drain off the liquid in the bottom of the pan, add a little salt, and kitchen bouquet, then thicken with a flour slurry)
How To Make pork chops with stuffing

Step 1Mix onion, bread crumbs, bacon, pepper, salt and well beaten egg with 1/4 cup hot water

Step 2Stuff butterflied pork chops with mixture. Put pork chops close together in a pan. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour, basting every 10 minutes. Serves 6.
