Ingredients
- 4-6 - pork chops, boneless
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cans water, hot
- 1/2 cup corn starch
How To Make pork chops with rice

Step 1Coat a large skillet with oil and heat. Season pork chops and brown both sides in pan.

Step 2Add the can of soup and water, bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.

Step 3Simmer over low to med heat for one hour.

Step 4Remove chops from pan and place on a serving platter.

Step 5Add corn starch to cold water and mix well. I use a large glass for this.

Step 6Bring soup mixture back to a rolling boil, stirring constantly add corn starch a little at a time until it makes a gravy.

Step 7Pour a little gravy over the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes or a bed of rice.
