pork chops, boneless
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 can(s)
chicken and rice soup
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
2 can(s)
water, hot
1/2 c
corn starch

How to Make Pork Chops with rice


  • 1Coat a large skillet with oil and heat. Season pork chops and brown both sides in pan.
  • 2Add the can of soup and water, bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
  • 3Simmer over low to med heat for one hour.
  • 4Remove chops from pan and place on a serving platter.
  • 5Add corn starch to cold water and mix well. I use a large glass for this.
  • 6Bring soup mixture back to a rolling boil, stirring constantly add corn starch a little at a time until it makes a gravy.
  • 7Pour a little gravy over the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes or a bed of rice.
