Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - red onion
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 - pear sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make pork chops with pear, honey and balsamic sauce

Step 1score, oil and salt along fat if you like, fry or bake your pork chops and set aside in a warm place

Step 2put olive oil and butter into a pan fry red onion until soft, add wine, stock pear and honey.

Step 3reduce by half or until nice and thick!

Step 4place your chops over a bed of creamy garlic mash, and pour over your sauce!
