My grandma would make this often. She taught me how to make it. I made for my family many times. It is very tender. The tomatoes and parsley season it just right.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb
    pork chops
  • 2 to 3 medium
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 to 3 clove
    garlic
  • ·
    sprinkle with parsley to taste to your liking
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Pork Chops with Parsley and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place defrosted pork chops in a 9 x 13 pan. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Top pork chops with tomatoes. About 2 to each chop. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Cut up garlic and place on and around chops.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until pork is at desired doneness.
