Ingredients
- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup fat-free half & half or fat-free evaporated milk
How To Make pork chops with low-fat mustard-cream sauce

Step 1Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Brown in 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Remove from pan and set aside.

Step 2Lower temp and add chicken broth to the skillet and add dijon mustard and cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Return chops to sauce and continue simmering until chops are cooked through.

Step 3Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
