pork chops with creamy mushrooms

I like mushrooms and pork chops so I came up with this recipe and they go great with mashed potatoes and soya beans {edamame} for another name.

Ingredients
- 4 - center loin pork chops 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- 1/4 cup chives snipped
How To Make pork chops with creamy mushrooms

Step 1Heat large frying pan over medium-high heat, season chops with salt and pepper add oil to pan then add the chops turn heat down to medium low and sear both sides of the chops until golden about 6 minutes per side, transfer to a plate.

Step 2Add onion, garlic to pan and saute for 3 to 4 minutes add mushrooms to pan and saute until vegies are tenderadd the juice and simmer until most of juice is absorbed {simmer covered} remove lid and add the cream cook until thickened slightly about 2 to 3 minutes stir in chives..pour the juice over the chops and serve with vegetable sides.
