Pork Chops with Cranberry Apple Relish

Christi Cook

I was hesitant to try this because I was unsure of the flavor. Oh my... it became one of my kid's favorite.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The cranberry apple relish is the star of this dish. We could eat it off a cracker on its own. It's tart, sweet and lightly spiced with the cinnamon. There's a delightful crunch from the walnuts. Simply superb! We taste-tested with pork chops, but turkey or chicken breasts would be great with this too. The Test Kitchen
