pork chops with cranberry apple relish
I was hesitant to try this because I was unsure of the flavor. Oh my... it became one of my kid's favorite.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
The cranberry apple relish is the star of this dish. We could eat it off a cracker on its own. It's tart, sweet, and lightly spiced with the cinnamon and there's a delightful crunch from the walnuts. Simply superb! We taste-tested it with pork chops, but turkey or chicken breasts would be great with it too.
