Pork Chops with a Mushroom, Celery Gravy

I prefer the thicker cut 'bone in' chops-and here the full 30 min oven time is best...The choice is yours...
Ingredients

4-6 largepork chops
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
-
1/2 can(s)milk
How to Make Pork Chops with a Mushroom, Celery Gravy
- Brown chops on each side until just browned...Do not over cook...Do NOT salt chops before browning-there is more than enough sodium in the soups...If you wish slightly pepper the chops with black pepper(I don't recommend it)...
- Combine soups and milk...If you want a bit more gravy use 1 can of milk...
- Place browned chops in a 9x13" baking dish...Pour soup/milk mixture over chops...Bake in a 350 oven about 30 mins(uncovered)...
- Remove chops from oven...Serve spooning some sauce/gravy over chops...
