1 pkg
pork chops boneless
4 medium
potatoes
1 medium
onion
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 dash(es)
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c
flour
vegetable oil or olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in fry pan, flour pork chops and put in pan to brown.
Remove from pan an place in baking dish peel & wash potatoes cut however you like them. I mostly cut them a little bigger then a french fry.

3Peel onion and cut how you like and add on to pork chops and potatoes. Then you add your can of Cream of Mushroom soup (depends how much you are wanting to make on what size can you buy. ) Add water to with can used for soup. Then cover with foil place 2 small holes, place in oven and bake until potatoes are tender an pork chops are well done.
