  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • - vegetable oil or olive oil

How To Make pork chops&potatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in fry pan, flour pork chops and put in pan to brown. Remove from pan an place in baking dish peel & wash potatoes cut however you like them. I mostly cut them a little bigger then a french fry.

Then you add your can of Cream of Mushroom soup (depends how much you are wanting to make on what size can you buy. ) Add water to with can used for soup. Then cover with foil place 2 small holes, place in oven and bake until potatoes are tender an pork chops are well done.
