Wanted something different one night and tried adding ingredients and it was very well received. It is now one of my favorites.

Ingredients
- teaspoon 2 tsp coarse black pepper
- - 2 tsp garlic powder
- - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - 2 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- - 1/2 cup white wine
- - 1/2 cup chicken stock
- - 4 1/4" to 1/2" thick boneless pork chops
How To Make pork chops patty

Step 1sprinnkle black pepper, garlic powder, parsley and parmesan cheese on 4 1/4" to 1/2" thick boneless pork chops (both sides)

Step 2Brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil. Add white wine, and chicken broth.

Step 3Cover with lid and let simmer for 15 minutes.
