8boneless pork chops

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 cuncooked long grain rice

1 can(s)14 1/2 oz. chicken broth

1/2 cwater
-
1 pkg(10 oz) frozen peas

1 smallonion, chopped
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspdried thyme
How to Make Pork Chops over Rice
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; remove. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Place the pork chops over the rice mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
