pork chops over rice
To help reduce clean up, I find it easier to brown pork chops on the side burner on the grill outside. This will reduce the amount of oily cleanup on the stove.

Ingredients
- 8 - boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 can 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
How To Make pork chops over rice

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; remove. Drain.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Place the pork chops over the rice mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
