Ingredients For pork chops oreganata

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp
    lemon rind, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 - 4 oz
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • cooking spray

How To Make pork chops oreganata

  • 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a 11 x 7" baking dish. Add pork, turning to coat. Let stand 30 minutes, turning pork occasionally.

    Preheat broiler.

    Remove pork from baking dish; discard marinade. Sprinkle pork evenly with salt & pepper. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until done.
