    yellow mustard
  • 3-5
    pork chops, boneless
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    all purpose flour
  • ·
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    ritz crackers

How to Make Pork chops NO MEASURING


  1. cover pork chops with a generous amount of mustard. marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour (I like mine overnight)
  2. leave mustard on the pork chops, salt and pepper both sides
  3. poll in flour and shake off excess
  4. beat eggs in a shallow bowl then coat the pork chops in the eggs
  5. crumble the crackers on a plate then coat the pork chops in the cracker crumbs
  6. heat a small amount of oil in a skillet on med high heat. Brown both sides then promptly remove chops
  7. place in baking dish and cook for 20-30 minutes at 350
