Ingredients
- - yellow mustard
- 3-5 - pork chops, boneless
- - salt and pepper
- - all purpose flour
- - vegetable oil
- - ritz crackers
- 2 - eggs
How To Make pork chops no measuring

Step 1cover pork chops with a generous amount of mustard. marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour (I like mine overnight)

Step 2leave mustard on the pork chops, salt and pepper both sides

Step 3poll in flour and shake off excess

Step 4beat eggs in a shallow bowl then coat the pork chops in the eggs

Step 5crumble the crackers on a plate then coat the pork chops in the cracker crumbs

Step 6heat a small amount of oil in a skillet on med high heat. Brown both sides then promptly remove chops

Step 7place in baking dish and cook for 20-30 minutes at 350
