This sauce can be used on Chicken as well. It's really delicious. I often find my husband eating the leftover sauce out of the pan after we eat! I like to serve this with rice and green beans.

4 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar

How To Make pork chops in san francisco sauce

1Brown chops in pan sprayed with pam. Remove from pan and add garlic. Cook just until soft. Add the chops back to pan. Make sauce4 from the broth, soy and brown sugar. pour over the chops. Cover and let simmer for about 20 mins. Remove chops from pan. Combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Cook until thickened. Add back in the chops and spoon sauce over the meat.
