I got this recipes from Big Oven a while ago. It looked delicious so I decided to try it and was amazed at how it turned out. I promise you will be amazed too.

Ingredients

  • 8 - pork chops
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon instant chicken boullion
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 cups wild rice or rice of your choice
  • 2/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

How To Make pork chops in creamy dijon mushroom sauce

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Place pork chops in a baking dish and cook for 12 - 14 minutes turning occasionally until pork is slightly pink in the center. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat stir together milk, flour, and chicken bouillion with a wire whisk.
  • Step 4
    Stir in mushrooms and cook stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue to boil for 1 minute.
  • Step 5
    Stir in sour cream and mustard. Serve chops over rice and top with sauce. Sprinkle with green onion.
