pork chops in creamy dijon mushroom sauce
I got this recipes from Big Oven a while ago. It looked delicious so I decided to try it and was amazed at how it turned out. I promise you will be amazed too.

Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/3 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 teaspoon instant chicken boullion
- 1 1/3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 cups wild rice or rice of your choice
- 2/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2/3 cup sour cream
How To Make pork chops in creamy dijon mushroom sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Place pork chops in a baking dish and cook for 12 - 14 minutes turning occasionally until pork is slightly pink in the center. Set aside.

Step 3In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat stir together milk, flour, and chicken bouillion with a wire whisk.

Step 4Stir in mushrooms and cook stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue to boil for 1 minute.

Step 5Stir in sour cream and mustard. Serve chops over rice and top with sauce. Sprinkle with green onion.
