I got this recipes from Big Oven a while ago. It looked delicious so I decided to try it and was amazed at how it turned out. I promise you will be amazed too.

  • 8
    pork chops
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp
  • 2/3 tsp
    instant chicken boullion
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 4 c
    wild rice or rice of your choice
  • 2/3 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c
  • 2/3 c
    sour cream

How to Make Pork Chops in Creamy Dijon Mushroom Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops in a baking dish and cook for 12 - 14 minutes turning occasionally until pork is slightly pink in the center. Set aside.
  3. In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat stir together milk, flour, and chicken bouillion with a wire whisk.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue to boil for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in sour cream and mustard. Serve chops over rice and top with sauce. Sprinkle with green onion.
