I use to make pork chops with bread crumbs and bake them and most times they are dried out. This recipe has the pork chops very tender and tasty and you can use other variations if you don't like onions

Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops center cut
- 2 cans 12 ounces stewed tomatoes, italian-style
- 1 can 12 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup teaspoon red wine sweet
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package portabella mushrooms
- 1 red - pepper

Step 1Cut up garlic,onions,mushrooms,peppers and use a large frying pan with lid. add enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan Add peppers,onions mushrooms garlic and cook till soft then add the red sauces and the wine and pork chops Salt and pepper and a tsp of oregano and cover and cook for 45 min to an hour I also make rice and a nice salad
