Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, boneless
- 1 pound velveeta cheese -cut up
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 cup milk
- - salt and pepper - to taste
- 6-8 large potatoes - sliced thinly
How To Make pork chops & cheese potatoes

Step 1Lay pork chops in a single layer in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with potatoes and put the velveeta cheese and margarine cut up on top. Pour the milk over and salt and pepper. Bake @ 400 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
