pork chops baked with cornbread stuffing

The name is a bit misleading...this isn't the regular chop/stuffing dish. These chops are covered in a brown sugar/mustard glaze. I would recommend precooking the onion and celery before it goes into the oven though..unless you like it a bit crunchy?!

- 4 - boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cornbread stuffing mix
How To Make pork chops baked with cornbread stuffing

Step 1In a bowl, combine the corn, onion, and celery. Stir in stuffing. Spread across the bottom of a greased 11" x 7" x 2" baking dish

Step 2Arrange pork loin chops over stuffing

Step 3Combine brown sugar and mustard; spread over chops.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
