- 1-3 pound pork chops, boneless
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth, low-fat
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups potatoes - peeled and quartered
How To Make pork chops and vegetables

Step 1dredge chops in flour and brown in small amount of olive oil.

Step 2after browning, place chops in baking dish, add carrots and potatoe's.

Step 3Mix soup and chicken broth and pour over chops and vegetables. bake at 350 for 1 hr.
