  • 1-3 pound pork chops, boneless
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth, low-fat
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups potatoes - peeled and quartered

How To Make pork chops and vegetables

  • Step 1
    dredge chops in flour and brown in small amount of olive oil.
  • Step 2
    after browning, place chops in baking dish, add carrots and potatoe's.
  • Step 3
    Mix soup and chicken broth and pour over chops and vegetables. bake at 350 for 1 hr.
