  • 6 - pork chops, thick, trimmed
  • - flour, to dredge
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • - garlic salt

How To Make pork chops and gravy

  • Step 1
    Dredge pork chops in flour, salt and pepper, and place in crockpot.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low all day, 5-6 hours or until pork chops are tender.
  • Step 3
    Serve over buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
