  • 4 to 5 medium
    red potatoes -- peeled, washed, and sliced.
  • 3 to 4
    carrots -- sliced
  • 1 large
    onion -- sliced
  • 3 to 4 small
    pork chops
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato
  • ·
    freshly ground pepper

How to Make Pork Chop Surprise

Step-by-Step

  1. In bottom of crockpot place potatoes, then carrots, and onions.
  2. Place pork chops on top of veggies.
  3. The add freshly ground pepper, mushrooms cream of mushrooms, and cream of potato on top of pork chops.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
